Dor Deviri

After dedicating 18 years to serving as a naval officer, achieving the rank of Navy Commander, publishing a book of poetry, and earning two degrees, I decided it was time for a change.

I chose to leave behind my military pension and embarked on a new journey filled with questions. Throughout this journey, I discovered answers, conducted research, learned, experimented, achieved success, and faced failures, all of which led me to develop my own very strategy.

I believe that every individual and business should be in continuous motion, taking strategic pauses to craft strategies, develop plans, define processes, and implement them, while always keeping a close watch to make necessary adjustments.

In my perspective, strategy begins with a combination of introspection and external analysis, laying the groundwork to tackle the myriad challenges we encounter. The increasing competition, the constant influx of information, and the rapidly changing environment around us demand that we be precise, establish a distinct and clear identity, and remain accessible to our audience.
